Tag Module Affiliation

If you wish to become an NZTFI Affiliated Module please follow the instructions below:


Please fill out the online affiliated competition form for the 2014/15 Season Click Here.

Upon receiving this, NZTFI will email you an Invoice and Contract that you can sign electronically – upon doing this is will automatically be sent to your official NZTFI Certificate of Affiliation.

To remain affiliated after you register with NZTFI your module must abide by the affiliation requirements stipulated by the NZTFI

When all parties have signed the form, a PDF copy will be sent to the admin@nztagfootball.co.nz

Upon receipt of your payment ($500 per module*) and signed contract, NZTFI will undertake the following:

1. Register your competition(s) as an affiliated member of New Zealand Tag Football Inc.

2. Advertise your competition(s) under the affiliated competitions list on the NZTFI website

3. Forward your Module Registration Pack (from October 2014).

This will include:
a) Letter of Affiliation
b) Official NZTFI Scorecards
c) Username and Password to utilise online registration forms draws and points tables
d) Online Edition NZTFI Rule Book

*Definition of a competition/ module:

A module that runs more than one night per week will be charged separately for each night.


Player and Team Registration

NZTFI is required to provide its annual membership numbers to Sport NZ. This reporting directly effects government funding to the sport and your assistance
is vital – Team and Player Information is required to be provided to NZTFI by Friday November 28 2014 in one of the following ways:

1. Full Online Registration through our website
This service provides Module operators with a full package of Online Management tools to run your Touch Module. Teams and Players will be able to Register Online and you will be able to track registrations, communicate with your players and accept season fees.

Some computer knowledge is required to operate this effectively but NZTFI can provide support free of charge and will work with you to set it up. Support will also be provided to your members on how to use the system. It can either be integrated into your existing website or a new website can be created.

Handwritten teamsheets will not be accepted.

Non-compliance in the the return of Player Information by Friday December 19th 2014 will result in late affiliation fee penalties for your competition(s).

"Player Information" refers to First Name, Surname, Date of Birth, Email and Mobile Phone.
